Outsourced Accounting Support for Ireland, the Netherlands, Belgium and Europe

Bookkeeping, month-end close and management reporting support for accounting firms and businesses across Europe, with practical help on the data and reconciliation work that mandatory e-invoicing creates.

Who It Is For

Two Kinds of European Client

Accounting firms and administratiekantoren

Practices in Ireland, the Netherlands, Belgium and elsewhere that need extra back-office capacity for bookkeeping, closing and reporting, with local filing and sign-off staying in-house.

Businesses and subsidiaries

Owner-managed businesses and European subsidiaries of international groups that want month-end close and group reporting packs delivered on time, in English.

What We Take On

European Work We Prepare

English-language deliverables, prepared in your systems.

  • Bookkeeping and reconciliations in Xero, Exact Online, Sage, NetSuite and similar systems
  • Month-end close, accruals and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Management and group reporting packs, including variance commentary
  • Customer and supplier master-data clean-up: VAT numbers, registration identifiers and legal names
  • Reconciling invoices in the ledger against what the e-invoicing platform delivered or rejected
  • Process documentation for the close and for invoice corrections
  • VAT return workings and reconciliations for review by your local adviser
  • Catch-up and clean-up of ledgers that have fallen behind

How It Fits

E-Invoicing Is Changing the Close

Structured B2B e-invoicing is now mandatory in Belgium (from January 2026), Poland (from February and April 2026) and France (receiving from September 2026). Germany's obligation to issue e-invoices is scheduled from January 2027 for larger businesses, Ireland's from November 2028 for large corporates, and the EU's ViDA rules bring cross-border e-invoicing from July 2030.

The software side gets most of the attention. The bigger workload for finance teams is master data, platform-to-ledger reconciliation and correction processes. That work is well defined and checkable, which is where an extended team helps. Read our note on what e-invoicing changes in the month-end close →

Professional boundary: we prepare and reconcile. VAT filings, statutory accounts and tax advice remain with your local accountant or adviser. Data-protection terms, such as a data processing agreement, are agreed as part of the scope.

FAQs

Questions European Clients Ask

Do you work in Dutch, French or German?
Our deliverables and communication are in English. We can work with source documents in other European languages where the scope allows, and we'll say clearly at scoping if we can't.
Can you help us prepare for e-invoicing?
Yes, on the finance-operations side: cleaning customer and supplier records, mapping VAT and nominal codes, adding a ledger-to-platform reconciliation to the close and documenting correction procedures. Platform selection and tax advice stay with your software provider and local adviser.
How does the time difference work?
Our working day overlaps with most of the European morning and early afternoon, so day-to-day questions are usually answered the same day.
Who reviews the work?
Every deliverable is prepared by the delivery team and reviewed before it leaves us. The founding members include two qualified Chartered Accountants (India). Final professional review and sign-off stay with your own licensed accountant or adviser.
Can we start with a small pilot?
Yes. A short paid pilot, usually one month-end or a defined batch of work, lets you see the output, the documentation and the communication before you agree a term.
How is the work priced?
A monthly fee per dedicated resource, a fixed monthly retainer for a defined scope, or a fixed fee for a defined assignment. We quote after an introductory call and a look at your actual volumes, not from a rate card.
