It does not undertake statutory audit, attest functions, certification, or any service reserved for a Chartered Accountant in practice under the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949. Founding members and advisers who are in independent professional practice are associated with the company in their individual capacity; their respective firms are separate from the company, and no engagement of the company is an engagement of those firms. Filings, certifications and professional sign-off remain with the client's own licensed professional.
