It does not undertake statutory audit, attest functions, certification, or any service reserved for a Chartered Accountant in practice under the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949. Members of our mentor panel who are in independent professional practice advise the company in a consulting capacity only, and are not held out as proprietors or partners of its business. Filings, certifications and professional sign-off remain with the client's own licensed professional.
