Outsourced Accounting and Bookkeeping for US CPA Firms and Small Businesses
A dependable offshore team for write-up work, reconciliations, month-end close and management reporting, working overnight your time so the work is waiting for review in the morning.
Who It Is For
Two Kinds of US Client
CPA and accounting firms
Firm owners and partners who need capacity for client accounting services, write-up and monthly close work, particularly around busy season, without competing for scarce local staff. We work white-label in your client files and practice tools.
Small and mid-sized businesses
Founders and owners who want accurate monthly books and reports their team can act on, alongside the CPA who handles tax and attest work.

- Monthly bookkeeping and write-up in QuickBooks Online and Xero

- Accounts payable and receivable support, vendor records and aging reviews
- Month-end close checklists, accruals, prepaid schedules and adjusting entries for your review
- Monthly management reports, KPI dashboards and budget-versus-actual commentary
- Clean-up and catch-up bookkeeping for prior periods
- Workpapers and schedules to support your year-end and tax preparation
- Process documentation and month-end SOPs
How It Fits
How We Fit a US Workflow
Because India is ahead of the US, work handed over at the end of your day is usually prepared by the start of the next. A short overlap window for questions, typically your early morning, is agreed in the scope.
If your firm shares tax return information with an offshore team, US rules place obligations on the firm, including taxpayer consent requirements under Internal Revenue Code Section 7216. We work within whatever consent and access process your firm sets.
Professional boundary: SV CFO Plus is not a CPA firm. We prepare and reconcile; review, tax filing and any attest work remain with your licensed CPA.
